New WORKNC Dental Shines out at China Show
WORKNC Dental launched its new Implant Module for automating the production of custom abutments, implant bars and bridges, at the Sino-Dental 2013 exhibition in China.
Visitors to the 18th China International Dental Exhibition & Scientific Conference in Beijing saw WORKNC Dental engineers demonstrate the implant module’s machining process, which increases a user’s product range and reduces managerial overheads.
All programs are based on precise 3D data, ensuring a high level of precision. The implant connection template library is compatible with all systems on the market and users can add or change their own connections according to personalized requirements.
WORKNC Dental is a fully open dental CAD/CAM system for accurate and reliable automatic machining of prosthetic appliances, implants or structures. It allows users to work with a neutral data format, choose the most appropriate CNC machine, and work from scanned data from many different sources and machines. Prosthesists and dental technicians who are not experts in machining technologies find it particularly useful, as it requires minimal training – users can be setting up their machining routines for Zirconium, Cobalt Chrome, Titanium, Ceramic, PMMA plastic... on any type of machine tool in less than an hour.
It employs perfectly optimized toolpaths that benefit from state-of-the-art technologies already tried and tested by thousands of users in the highly demanding automotive, aerospace and medical industries.
WORKNC Dental’s technological solutions produce high quality machined dental components in greatly reduced production cycle times. This is why WORKNC Dental has been developed in liaison with several CNC machine manufacturing partners to ensure the accuracy and quality of custom abutments and other dental prostheses.
Laurent Journeau, WORKNC Dental Business Manager said: “We will continue to invest in technological research and development in order to offer even better solutions."
The implant market is growing faster with the improvement of living standards in China and advanced implant technologies are becoming more and more popular. Dental labs need new technologies and advanced machines to effectively respond to market requirements.
Sino-Dental 2013 was the first show for WORKNC Dental with its new logo, after Sescoi joined the Vero Software Group at the start of the year.
